1. Data Controller

The data controller for zedbyl.tech is Nikita Chetverikov, an independent AI consultant operating from the European Union (Germany), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and Thailand.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is provided voluntarily and processed solely to respond to your inquiry.

2.2 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

2.3 Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data including page views, session duration, referral source, device type, browser type, and approximate location (country/city level). IP anonymization is enabled by default. No analytics data is collected until you explicitly grant consent via our cookie banner.

2.4 Local Storage

We store a single preference in your browser's local storage (cookie-consent) to remember your cookie consent choice. This is not shared with any third party.

2.5 Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect passwords, payment card details, biometric data, or any special categories of personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the following legal bases:

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. This means no analytics data is collected or cookies are set until you grant consent through our cookie banner.

  • IP anonymization is enabled by default
  • A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place with Google
  • Data is stored on Google servers and protected under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
  • Data retention period is set to 14 months
  • You can opt out at any time by declining cookies or using browser opt-out extensions

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: retained until the inquiry is resolved, then deleted within 6 months unless an ongoing engagement exists.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months.
  • Cookie consent preference: until you clear your browser storage.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to servers in the United States (Google Analytics). These transfers are protected under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

As the data controller operates from the EU, UAE, and Thailand, your data may be processed in any of these jurisdictions in compliance with the respective local data protection laws (GDPR, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021, Thailand PDPA B.E. 2562).

Thailand Residents (PDPA)

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you have the right to access (Section 30), data portability (Section 31), objection (Section 32), erasure (Section 33), restriction (Section 34), rectification (Section 35), and the right to withdraw consent (Section 19). You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.

10. How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond to your request within 30 days (as required by GDPR) or 15 days (for PDPA requests). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

11. Children's Data

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
